Toxoplasmosa Gondii treatment or cure?

I recently read about the parasite and how it's possibly infected 1/3 or maybe even 1/2 of the human population and it just got me really interested. I read about it on wikipedia and other places but I didn't manage to find it's treatments or if there even are any. Can some give me some incite please?
