Is my dog seriously ill?!?!?

Any time your dog is acting "out of character", it's a good enough reason to take him to the vet. Not eating and having diarrhea is definitely a sign that he needs to be checked out. It may be something trivial, sure, but it could be serious - do you really want to take that risk?
